    This paper offers a formal and philosophical refoundation of the critique of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), introducing the Infinite-Choice Barrier—a structural impossibility theorem demonstrating that no algorithmic system can achieve ε-optimal performance across irreducibly infinite decision spaces, nor autonomously generate novel semantic frames.     In Zettel, Wittgenstein considered a modified version of Cantor’s diagonal argument. According to Wittgenstein, Cantor’s number, different with other numbers, is defined based on a countable set. If Cantor’s number belongs to the countable set, the definition of Cantor’s number become incomplete. Therefore, Cantor’s number is not a number at all in this context. I will show that their interpretation of Kripke’s Wittgenstein’s view is misplaced. According to Kripke’s Wittgenstein’s sceptical argument, there is no fact as to what someone means by her words.     Scott Soames argued that Wittgenstein’s private language argument reveals ambiguity, presenting two possible conclusions, wherein either conclusion exhibits devastating implications for the private language argument. I contend that interpreting Wittgenstein’s reasoning holistically dissipates inclinations to infer ambiguity in the private language argument. In particular, I challenge Soames’ ambiguity argument by demonstrating its contrived limitations, resulting in a false dichotomy. However, allowing the dichotomy for argument’s sake adequately corresponds to Wittgenstein’s conclusion, raising further questions about the ambiguity argument’s veracity and redundancy. (...)
